Alexander Ischenko, senior coach of Children’s and Youth Football School of Dynamo Kiev, shared his views about Spartak Cup international junior tournament:

- Spartak Cup is classified as a top level tournament. We are grateful to its organizers for the invitation to participate in the competitions. Each match has turned out to be engrossing. The tournament has revealed the potential of our team: both of each player and of the team as a whole. We’ll learn lessons and continue to work. I would distinguish Barcelona from the participating teams – this is a reduced copy of the core team; it has got individually strong players in each line. The hosts – Spartak footballers – produced a pleasant impression. In addition to sound game arrangement I would like also to note young footballers’ combativeness. The guys fought in each match with enormous commitment. Very soon Spartak Club members will have to play with our mentees again; this time – at the final round of European Junior Championship. I’m aware that Academy’s players constitute skeleton staff of Russia national team; and six Dynamo Club members play in Ukrainian junior team.
